Review:
NALP has generous features for employers such as featured job posts, social media sharing, company profiles, and resume searching. However, the site has very few job listings which may lead candidates to try more prominent job boards.
Pros:
- Members receive discounted rates.
- Employers can search the site's resume database.
- Videos can be created for each job post.
- Featured job post exposure can be purchased.
- Posts can be distributed to sites within the Legal Job Exchange Network.
- Posts can be shared via Twitter.
- Employers can create company profiles.
Cons:
- There are very few job listings on the site.
- Because this is a niche job board, employers may not reach as many candidates as they would with a more prominent job board.
Reputation:
The site has been reviewed by four people on Facebook and has a rating of 5 out of 5 stars.
