From the home page, hover over "Career Center" and select "Employers" from the drop-down menu.
Create your account.

On the next page, scroll down and click on "CREATE ACCOUNT" toward the left-hand side of the page. Fill out the online registration form and click on "Save & Continue" toward the bottom of the page.
Add your business address on the next page and click on "Save & Continue."
Create your job post.

Click on the "POST JOBS" button in the center of the page. Fill out the online form with your vacancy details, and click on "Preview Job" toward the bottom of the page.
Review your job post.

Check the preview of your job post for accuracy. Click on "Edit Job" to make any changes. Once you're happy with your job ad, click on "Proceed To Checkout."
Select a job posting plan.

Choose a job posting package that best suits your budget and hiring needs by checking the corresponding box of your desired plan. Then, click on "Continue."
On the next page, select any additional job post enhancements and click on "Continue to Payment."
Complete the payment and post your job ad.

Review your order and enter your billing details before clicking on "Pay With Credit Card" toward the bottom of the page. Follow the onscreen prompts to complete the purchase. Once the payment is complete, your job post will be added to the AOAExcel Career Center job board.
