Review:
Ethics & Compliance Initiative is a community of ethics and compliance professionals who aim to stay abreast of the latest trends and developments in the industry through conferences and resource sharing.
Their job board is not as popular, although it serves as a great place to find dedicated compliance professionals who take seriously the work of workplace ethics and integrity. They are an affordable alternative to competing compliance job boards.
Pros:
- ECI has a niche job board that attracts unique compliance professionals who might not be found on general job boards.
- The job board attracts candidates who are well-versed in modern business culture and ethical standards.
- There are over 2,000 ECI members, including big players such as KPMG, Google, Volkswagen, and more.
- Membership affords employers access to useful resources, conferences, and the latest news in compliance.
- Employer accounts come with applicant tracking tools.
- All new job listings are emailed to ECI members.
- Competitors such as Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics and Health Care Compliance Association are costlier options.
- The employer dashboard offers various job post templates to aid in crafting professional job posts.
- The company can be reached via both telephone and email.
Cons:
- There are no free job posting options.
- Members do not get to list jobs for free, despite paying for membership.
- Resume database access comes at an additional cost.
- The job board is not as popular as the conferences and resources and it lacks customer reviews.
Reputation:
Ethics & Compliance Initiative has no Better Business Bureau accreditation and we could not find reviews for it.
