PND is hosted by Candid, a charitable organization providing local nonprofit information, funding resources, and RFP listings. Its job board gives both nonprofit businesses access to a niche pool of talent in various mission-focused sectors, including social justice, advocacy, healthcare, agriculture, and more.

While PND Jobs is more affordable than some of its competitors, such as NonProfitJobs.org and Green Dream Jobs, the platform is quite basic and lacks several core services, including resume database access, social media promotion, and job distribution.

  • Nonprofit and tax-exempt organizations can post up to 10 vacancies for free.
  • Featured listings are added to the top of the job search results for increased visibility.
  • PND Jobs is more affordable than some rival job boards, such as NonProfitJobs.org.
  • The job posting process is quick and easy.
  • Listings are sent to subscribed job seekers via email alerts.
  • The platform features advanced filtering tools, and candidates can search for jobs by organization type, keyword, and more.

  • The job board is quite basic and does not offer resume searches, applicant tracking, or employer branding tools.
  • Listings aren't shared to the platform's social media accounts.
  • Vacancies aren't distributed to other job boards.

PND Jobs vs. Nonprofit Career Network:

PND Jobs vs. NPO.net:

Like PND Jobs, NPO.net primarily caters to mission-driven job seekers in search of nonprofit work. Of the two, NPO.net offers more hiring tools, such as social media promotion and job distribution. However, only PND Jobs allows nonprofits to post jobs for free, while NPO.net's pricing starts from $75.00 per post.

PND Jobs vs. Green Dream Jobs:

Compared to PND Jobs, Green Dream Jobs is the costlier option, charging $85.00 for nonprofit posts and $95.00 per post for other businesses, while PND Jobs has free nonprofit postings. However, Green Dream Jobs offers social media promotion, which PND Jobs lacks.
