KANSASWORKS vs. KansasJobBoard.com:
Unlike KANSASWORKS, which is completely free, KansasJobBoard.com's pricing starts at $79.00 for a 60-day post. Both platforms feature a searchable resume database and an online dashboard from where employers can manage their job ads. However, KansasJobBoard.com also has a bulk posting option, which KANSASWORKS doesn't.
KANSASWORKS vs. The Wichita Eagle Jobs:
While KANSASWORKS is a dedicated employment hub for Kansas, The Wichita Eagle Jobs is the job board of a Wichita print and online publication. The latter is the costlier of the two, with pricing starting at $398.00 per post, compared to KANSASWORKS' free service. However, the former also offers social media promotion, which the latter doesn't.
KANSASWORKS vs. Indeed:
Indeed is a leading global job portal, whereas KANSASWORKS is a state-focused site provided by the local government. Both platforms offer free postings but Indeed stands out with the option to sponsor job ads on a pay-per-application basis for increased exposure. Indeed has a greater reach, but KANSASWORKS may be better for targeting the local market.
