Click on "POST A JOB."
Go to the IEEE Job Site webpage and click on the "POST A JOB" button toward the right side of the page beneath the top menu bar.
Create an account.
Click on "SIGN-IN OR CREATE ACCOUNT" and select "EMPLOYER" from the drop-down menu. Then, scroll down to the "New Users Create an Account" section and complete and submit the online form.
On the next page, click on "CONTINUE" to proceed.
Create your job post.
Click on "Post a Job" in the "QUICK LINKS" menu on the left side of the page, select a job posting plan, and add details about your job vacancy to the online form. When complete, click on "CONTINUE" toward the bottom of the page.
Select optional upgrades.
Next, you can choose to add upgrades to your job posting plan for increased exposure and targeted hiring. Check the options you want to add to your plan and select "Add Upgrades" toward the bottom of the page. Alternatively, click on "No Thanks" to proceed without upgrades.
Make the payment.
