1. Add your current contact information.
Employers need accurate and detailed information to contact you. Make sure that your name, contact number, and email address are included at the top of your resume. If you have research profiles on ResearchGate, OCID, or similar, it would be worth mentioning here as well.
2. Write a summary.
Your 2–3 sentence summary should give you a competitive edge. Showcase your experience and those competencies in clinical research that closely align with the key job requirements. If you've contributed to a noteworthy clinical research program, mention it. Don't neglect to tell the employer what motivated you to apply to the advertised position.
3. Mention any achievements or highlights.
Share the best parts of your job-related background and expertise here. Mention any relevant awards and achievements, but also add other, less obvious milestones. Perhaps you collaborated with an acclaimed medical researcher, or you contributed to a noteworthy clinical trial or journal article. Employers can gain valuable insights into your interests and competencies based on what you list here.

Minimum requirements typically include a Bachelor's degree in nursing, medical or laboratory technology, or a related life sciences field, but some employers may prefer a Master's degree.
