Pilot Interview Questions

Pilot Interview Questions

October 7th, 2019

Sometimes called Aviators, Pilots operate aircraft like helicopters, jets, and gliders. They typically transport passengers or cargo, and can work privately, or find jobs in the commercial sector or military. Pilots can work alone, or form part of a crew who navigate the aircraft. They are also responsible for pre and post-trip aircraft inspections.

When interviewing Pilots, the best candidates will have strong leadership and analytical skills. Be wary of those who struggle to focus under pressure and have difficulty being away from home for prolonged periods.
