Arborist Interview Questions

Arborist Interview Questions

October 3rd, 2019

Arborists are horticulture experts that plant, maintain, and remove trees for landscaping companies and private clients. They are usually hired to identify diseased trees, prune large canopies, and maintain the health of ornamental trees for schools and government organizations.

When interviewing Arborists, the ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of soil and tree biology, a keen eye for detail, and the physical strength to climb and cut tree limbs. Be wary of candidates who do not work well at heights and those not familiar with chemical fertilizers.
