Talent Scout Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in human resources, marketing, communications, or similar.
- A minimum of two years' experience in HR or recruitment.
- Sound knowledge of recruitment practices and hiring techniques.
- Valid driver's license and own transport.
- Good computer skills and proficiency in applicant tracking systems such as Bullhorn and Scout Talent:Recruit.
- Exceptional eye for talent and strong decision-making skills.
- Excellent marketing and networking abilities.
- Highly engaging with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interview and negotiating abilities.
- Willingness to travel and work long hours and on the weekends.
