Resident Assistants, also known as Resident Advisors or RAs, are the head students of a residence. They serve as positive role models, enforce residence rules, facilitate social activities, and mentor fellow students.

When interviewing potential Resident Assistants, look for candidates with excellent leadership qualities, and a track record of good academic performance and extra-curricular participation. Be wary of candidates with poor interpersonal skills, as there will be many different personalities under their care.
