How to Post a Job on Smartly:
- Go to smart.ly.
- After logging into your account, click "Positions" on the dashboard and then "Add Position."
- This will take you to the job posting page. Fill in the job description form and click "preview" when you're done.
- From there you'll be able to publish your job posting.
Employers can post an unlimited number of job listings but are only allowed to review three interested candidates per role. With Smartly's Pro Plan you get additional features and the ability to post unlimited jobs and review as many candidates as you like.

You can manage all Smartly job postings from your dashboard. Go to your job posting and click the edit button. From there you'll be able to make changes.
Does Smartly promote my jobs on other platforms?
No, your job posts will only be listed on the Smartly website.
How can I delete a Smartly job posting?
You can delete your job posting under the edit function.
Does Smartly assist employers with the interview process?
No, Smartly does not offer assistance to employers for candidate interviews.
Does Smartly have a database of candidates available for employers?
Yes, Smartly has a Career Network that is a database of candidates. You can sign up to access the Career Network here.
How do I create a Smartly account?
On the Smartly webpage, click "Employers" followed by "Recruit Our Candidates" on the drop-down list. On the next page, click "Sign Up" in the top right-hand corner. From there you'll need to complete the sign-up form to open your account.
When is the best time to post a job on Smartly?
Ideally, you should post your job 4 months before the start date. This will give you sufficient time to screen and interview candidates, and enable a seamless recruitment and onboarding process.
